Management Accountant – 6‑month Fixed‑Term Role

About the role

The company is seeking a Management Accountant on a six‑month fixed‑term contract to support the finance team through change and project work. The role is hybrid, reporting to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts for an assigned division.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Perform month‑end balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare short‑ to medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Carry out cost and variance analysis.

Required profile

• Fully qualified, part‑qualified or qualified‑by‑experience accountant.
• Demonstrable experience in management accounting.
• Experience in an engineering environment is desirable.
• Ability to quickly understand complex business processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
