About the role
Join a multi‑site service group in Chatham, Kent as a Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will help drive financial performance across more than 15 sites.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts for over 15 sites in the South East.
- Produce detailed budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, identifying key drivers and risks.
- Partner with stakeholders to review budgets and discuss discrepancies.
- Maintain strong financial controls and support month‑end and year‑end close, including balance‑sheet reconciliations.
- Utilise AI tools to improve reporting efficiency.
Required profile
- Part‑qualified ACCA or CIMA with experience in a multi‑site environment.
- Minimum two years in a management accounting role.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with AI tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
