Management Accountant – Hybrid, Leeds

About the role

Robert Half Finance & Accounting is recruiting a Management Accountant for a large international professional services business in Leeds City Centre. This hybrid role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant or a finalist looking to develop a long‑term career within a well‑structured finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Prepare and post accruals, pre‑payments and journals
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Assist with month‑end close and reporting deadlines
• Work with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight

Required profile

• Recently qualified CIMA / ACCA or finalist
• Experience in management accounting or month‑end reporting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, professional environment
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a larger organisation
