Management Accountant – Hybrid/Home-Based

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join the Group Finance team of our client in Camberley. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work from home with occasional visits to the office. You will be responsible for delivering accurate management accounts, insightful analysis and strong financial control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs.
• Manage month‑end processes, including journals, accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyse costs, margins and business performance.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow planning.
• Assist with audits, statutory reporting and finance improvement projects.
• Partner with Finance, Operations and Sales teams to provide valuable business insight.

Required profile

• Part‑qualified, finalist or newly qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (candidates with strong QBE background considered).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management or Financial Accounting.
• Strong month‑end, reporting and balance‑sheet reconciliation experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
