Management Accountant

About the role

The Management Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and play a pivotal role in driving performance and supporting strategic decision‑making across a fast‑growing global organisation. This newly created position offers the chance to influence cost efficiency, deliver insightful financial analysis and contribute to meaningful change.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial transactions and prepare accurate management reports, including P&L statements, cash‑flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to provide financial insight that underpins operational and strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting, tax filings, payroll processes and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee subsidiary finance activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations and fixed‑asset management.
• Monitor cash flow, manage inter‑company transactions and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fully qualified accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong management accounting experience.
• Proactive, collaborative team player capable of communicating clear financial insight to non‑finance colleagues.
• Comfortable working across international operations and handling multiple subsidiaries.
