About the role

Established property company is seeking a Management Accountant to join its high‑performing finance team in London. The role combines financial and management accounting responsibilities, offering a varied and challenging workload.

Key responsibilities

Preparing management accounts
Preparing year‑end statutory accounts
Leading the audit process
Preparing quarterly flash reporting
Overseeing financial ledgers
Supporting the budget process and preparing budget journals
Supporting payroll processes and related reconciliations
Assisting the tax team with queries and information requests
Performing ad‑hoc tasks as required

Required profile

Qualified accountant with up to 2 years post‑qualification experience (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
Ideally practice‑trained with industry experience
Strong all‑round accounting skills, including statutory and management accounts preparation
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
Commercial awareness

Required skills

Advanced IT proficiency
