About the role
Established property company is seeking a Management Accountant to join its high‑performing finance team in London. The role combines financial and management accounting responsibilities, offering a varied and challenging workload.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing management accounts
- Preparing year‑end statutory accounts
- Leading the audit process
- Preparing quarterly flash reporting
- Overseeing financial ledgers
- Supporting the budget process and preparing budget journals
- Supporting payroll processes and related reconciliations
- Assisting the tax team with queries and information requests
- Performing ad‑hoc tasks as required
Required profile
- Qualified accountant with up to 2 years post‑qualification experience (CA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
- Ideally practice‑trained with industry experience
- Strong all‑round accounting skills, including statutory and management accounts preparation
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Commercial awareness
Required skills
- Advanced IT proficiency
