Management Trainee – Chichester & Bognor Regis

About the role

Enterprise Mobility is offering a Management Trainee programme in the South East of England. The role gives you the chance to develop leadership skills across our retail branches and progress to a branch manager position within two years.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow a professional network.
• Understand and manage financial performance, including cost control and profit‑and‑loss analysis.
• Assist with fleet management, strategic planning and operational logistics.
• Mentor and train junior team members, taking on leadership duties as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree, though relevant professional experience is acceptable.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
