Management Trainee – Dorchester

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to lead one of our retail branches. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance, operations and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, connect with local business partners and grow the customer network.
• Understand financial performance, monitor cost control and analyse profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Manage fleet operations, plan logistics and drive overall branch performance.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
