Management Trainee – Oxford

About the role

We are looking for ambitious individuals to join our Management Training Programme in Oxford. As a Management Trainee you will rotate through key areas of our retail operation, gaining hands‑on experience and preparing for a future branch manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners and grow the customer base.
• Assist with financial control, cost management and interpretation of profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Support operations and logistics, including fleet management and performance planning.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, taking on increasing supervisory responsibilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disability).
• No drug or alcohol‑related offences on driving record in the past five years.
