About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing relationships with local business partners.
• Analyse profit and loss statements, control costs and support financial decision‑making.
• Manage fleet logistics, plan resources and drive operational performance.
• Mentor and train junior staff, leading a team as you progress.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
