Manager, Communications and Marketing

About the role

Real Chemistry is looking for a Manager, External Communications and Marketing for the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will help shape and deliver external communications that boost the agency’s visibility, reputation and market presence across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and execution of external communications and marketing plans aligned with corporate priorities and EMEA growth objectives.
• Translate strategic direction, market context and stakeholder input into clear messaging, campaign briefs and deliverables.
• Coordinate timelines, review cycles, approvals and launch plans to ensure high‑quality output across channels and regional workstreams.
• Draft and edit a wide range of external‑facing content, including corporate announcements, website copy, social media posts, thought‑leadership pieces, event copy and media materials.
• Assist with external events, speaking opportunities, awards submissions and ensure consistency across markets and audiences.

Required profile

• Strong written communication skills with a confident, polished writing style.
• Organised project‑management ability able to navigate matrixed teams.
• Understanding of external communications within the healthcare, pharma or biotech sectors.
• Regional awareness of the EMEA market and its cultural nuances.
