Manager – Corporate Tax (Luton or Cambridge)

About the role

EY is looking for an experienced Manager to join its Corporate Tax team in either Luton or Cambridge. You will work on high‑profile, multi‑country projects for large multinational clients, helping them navigate complex tax compliance and advisory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical corporate tax advice and develop sustainable tax strategies for FTSE‑listed and other large multinational clients.
• Lead compliance reporting, advisory and controversy work across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to win new business.
• Collaborate with Global Compliance Reporting and Advisory professionals to deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the private and mid‑market tax practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tax Manager with a focus on corporate tax.
• Client‑driven, commercially aware and able to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong negotiation and business development capabilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
