Manager of Product Solutions – EMEA (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Manager of Product Solutions for the EMEA region to become the product expert on Optro’s AI‑powered GRC Intelligence Platform. The role blends deep audit, risk and compliance knowledge with client‑facing consulting to demonstrate value and drive adoption. You will work hybrid from our London office, collaborating with sales, implementation and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand complex client environments—from pre‑IPO firms to FTSE 100 companies—and articulate how Optro’s platform resolves their audit, risk and control challenges.
• Engage C‑level prospects, present tailored product demonstrations, and guide them through the sales cycle to closure.
• Partner with business development, implementation and engineering to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor internal resources, cross‑train team members, and provide thought leadership to target accounts.
• Represent Optro at networking events and conferences to generate new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 4–9 years of experience in Big 4 consulting, internal audit, compliance or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls compliance.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven track record of influencing senior leadership.
