Manager, Product Research & Insights – EMEA

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Manager for Product Research & Insights covering the EMEA region. The role sits at the crossroads of product strategy, distribution and investment, helping shape the firm’s active product agenda and drive commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert on Invesco’s active public and private product suite, analysing competitive positioning, client demand trends and industry developments across assigned asset classes and markets.
• Conduct deep product and competitor research to uncover advantages and craft differentiated value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Development teams to evaluate the product shelf, identify strategic gaps, assess emerging investment opportunities and support the ideation, prioritisation and lifecycle management of new solutions.
• Collaborate with Distribution teams across the UK and EMEA to translate research insights into actionable recommendations that improve client engagement, sales effectiveness and commercial performance.
• Create and deliver compelling investment content and cases for priority products to influence stakeholder decisions and support commercial success.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product research, market intelligence or investment analysis within the asset‑management or financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of active public and private investment products and the ability to interpret client demand and competitive dynamics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of influencing product strategy and distribution teams.
