Managing Director

About the role

We are looking for a senior executive to lead our Group’s UK and relevant international operations. The Managing Director will shape regional strategy, drive P&L performance, and ensure governance, commercial growth, and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute medium‑ and long‑term regional business strategies aligned with global objectives and local market dynamics.
• Take full P&L responsibility for UK and international operations, delivering sustainable revenue growth and profitability across a multi‑brand portfolio.
• Build, restructure and scale a high‑performing UK‑based management team across HR, legal, procurement, brand, PR, marketing and field operations.
• Establish corporate governance, reporting lines, performance management processes and incentive frameworks.
• Oversee compliance, risk management and regulatory adherence across the region.
• Lead brand development, public relations and integrated marketing communications.
• Represent the Group with external stakeholders, negotiate major commercial deals and drive cross‑border collaboration.
• Support pre‑IPO readiness, corporate governance enhancement and capital‑market milestones.
• Lead or support M&A activity, due diligence and post‑merger integration.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading regional or national operations with full P&L accountability.
• Strong track record in corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing management teams.
• Experience representing an organisation with regulators, industry bodies and major commercial partners.
• Background in preparing organisations for IPO or major capital‑market events.

Required skills
