About the role

We are seeking a Managing Director/Operations Director to take the operational reins of a respected independent financial planning firm. Working alongside the Founder, you will help build a calmer, smarter, and more efficient business where advisers can focus on client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder to streamline processes and reduce administrative burden for advisers.
