Managing Director – UK Growth Leader

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Managing Director to lead our UK operations for a globally recognised pump manufacturer. This senior role offers full ownership of a growing business, strategic influence, and the chance to shape market leadership across critical industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an ambitious growth strategy for the UK market, increasing revenue, profitability and market share.
• Lead a high‑performing UK team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, industry stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Identify and capture new opportunities with utilities, contractors, OEMs, consultants, distributors and end users.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and overall business performance while ensuring operational excellence.

Required profile

• Proven senior commercial leadership experience, preferably within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Track record of driving business growth and winning major projects.
• Strong ability to influence senior international leadership and shape strategic direction.
