Manual Test Analyst – Mortgage Systems

About the role

This contract position focuses on manual testing of mortgage and CRM systems within a financial services environment. You will work closely with developers and business analysts to ensure high‑quality releases while supporting regulatory compliance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans aligned with delivery milestones and business objectives.
• Design, review, and maintain test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Execute testing cycles, log defects, track them, and retest until resolution.
• Provide clear test status updates, highlighting risks and quality insights for stakeholders.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating real‑world scenarios and influencing go‑live decisions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and assess impact.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, working within Scrum and Kanban frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven experience testing mortgage systems or CRM applications in the financial services sector.
• Ability to work on‑site one day per week and remotely the remaining days.
• Outcome‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality assurance.
