Manufacturing Associate – 17‑Week Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for two Manufacturing Associates to join our Plymouth team on a 17‑week fixed‑term contract. You will work on the assembly of printed‑circuit‑board (PCB) modules, integrate them into mechanical housings and support product testing for aerospace and defence applications.

Key responsibilities

• Perform administration tasks following standard instructions.
• Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assemble PCB boards into mechanical housings.
• Load products onto local test rigs and run functional tests.

Required profile

• Previous manufacturing assembly experience is desirable but not essential.
• Keen to learn, comfortable working with hands and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends.
• Experience in roles demanding high quality, accuracy, speed and dexterity.
• Team‑oriented with a positive, flexible attitude.
