About the role
This is an opportunity to lead a flagship FMCG manufacturing site during a period of significant growth, investment and operational transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have full accountability for site operations, overseeing production, engineering, maintenance, health & safety and related functions.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and deliver an operations strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
- Increase capacity, utilisation and operational efficiency across the site.
- Embed structure, discipline and a high‑performance culture.
- Lead a values‑driven approach focused on safety, quality and teamwork.
- Build strong partnerships with commercial and group functions to enable growth.
Required profile
- Proven manufacturing leader with a strong track record of performance improvement in complex FMCG or food manufacturing environments.
- Strategic thinker with a visible, hands‑on leadership style.
- Passionate about developing people and driving accountability.
