Manufacturing Operations Manager (Bespoke Manufacturing)

About the role

The company is seeking an ambitious and highly organised leader to join the senior leadership team as Manufacturing Operations Manager. You will receive full industry technical training and have the opportunity to shape manufacturing processes, systems and teams during a period of rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing, production and management teams while driving operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to optimise engineering functions and scheduling.
• Train, coach and develop team managers and leaders across the production environment.
• Organise and optimise company processes, creating structures for site‑based production teams.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing, coaching and leading team managers or team leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, develop strategies and build high‑performing teams.
• Residence within commuting distance of Swindon, Cirencester, Royal Wootton Bassett, Chippenham, Calne or surrounding areas.
