Manufacturing Operative – Pharmaceutical Production

About the role

We are seeking Manufacturing Operatives to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Warrington. The role involves supporting the production and packaging of medicines within a clean, regulated setting, ensuring quality and safety at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacturing and handling products within a clean production environment
• Assembling packaging components, including boxes, labels and inserts
• Ensuring products are packaged correctly and securely
• Printing, verifying and applying product labels accurately
• Carrying out quality checks and inspections throughout the production process
• Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
• Monitoring equipment calibration schedules and maintaining records
• Completing production documentation accurately
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards
• Supporting training activities when required

Required profile

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, production, assembly, or pharmaceutical environment is advantageous but not essential
• Good attention to detail and quality‑focused approach
• Strong manual dexterity
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible approach to work and changing priorities
• Experience working in a clean room or regulated environment would be beneficial
