Market Research Interviewer (Car Required) – Full‑Time

About the role

As a face‑to‑face Market Research Interviewer you will travel to respondents’ homes across the South West, gathering insights for a range of public‑sector and commercial studies. You will receive a comprehensive training programme and work on high‑impact projects such as the British Election Study and the Millennium Cohort Study.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to designated locations using your own car and conduct face‑to‑face interviews.
• Explain the purpose of each survey, answer participant questions and encourage honest responses.
• Accurately record answers on the provided electronic devices.
• Meet daily interview targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Handle confidential data in line with company and legal guidelines.
• Provide feedback on interview processes to improve future studies.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a reliable car with valid business insurance.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and ability to build rapport with diverse participants.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.
• Willingness to travel throughout the South West region.
