Marketing Communications Manager – 12‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to cover a 12‑month maternity leave. Based in Cambridge and working hybrid, you will own end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, coordinate events and collaborate with sales, product and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, events and communications channels.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and produce regular campaign reports.
• Coordinate field events, conferences and customer engagement activities.
• Manage external suppliers, promotional materials and branded merchandise.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and consistent branding.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing or campaign management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Comfortable analysing data and presenting insights.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with excellent communication.
