Marketing & Communications Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The WestDill Mayfair Hotel, a distinguished member of the Colbert Collection, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to shape and deliver the brand’s marketing strategy across rooms, food & beverage, and guest experiences. This hands‑on professional will work closely with hotel operations to translate luxury brand values into a compelling market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual marketing and communications plan aligned with commercial objectives and the Colbert Collection brand strategy.
• Act as the on‑property guardian of brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels and guest‑facing materials.
• Manage the hotel’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and campaign messaging.
• Oversee content creation, storytelling, and day‑to‑day planning for digital and social channels.
• Maintain and enhance the marketing asset library (photography, video, copy, digital content).
• Lead marketing and communications activities for the hotel opening and post‑launch phase.
• Support PR initiatives, liaise with agencies, coordinate media relations, and track coverage.
• Identify and nurture strategic brand partnerships that align with the luxury hospitality positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and content management.
• Ability to work closely with operational teams and translate brand values into tangible marketing actions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple campaigns and partnerships.
