Marketing & Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager on a 12‑month maternity cover basis. You will lead integrated, insight‑driven campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive engagement and support commercial objectives for our client in Cambridge.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, email and events.
• Translate business goals into clear, compelling messaging and campaign strategies.
• Manage timelines, budgets and creative delivery for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analyse performance data, optimise campaigns and report on ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Champion brand consistency across all communication channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications or campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
• Confident communicator with strong storytelling skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools.
• Collaborative and proactive approach.
