Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the Growth & Marketing function at K3 Advisory Group in Manchester. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will act as the operational backbone, ensuring workflows, briefs and resources are managed efficiently across a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set‑up and maintain Monday.com for the department.
• Manage workflows, briefs, deadlines and delivery schedules.
• Allocate resources and oversee supplier relationships.
• Track projects and tasks from kick‑off to completion.
• Allocate the central resource pool across business units, brands and verticals.
• Handle inbound requests and ticketing to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date department roadmap and editorial calendar.
• Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed and aligned.
• Manage cross‑functional briefs and run QA checks on playbooks.
• Oversee channel checklists and approval workflows.
• Administer supplier contracts from onboarding through renewal.
• Support the sales team with toolkits, templates and sales enablement materials.

• Proactive, highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand marketing environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
