Marketing Coordinator – Print & Brand Governance

About the role

Savers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its Commercial Marketing team. The role focuses on coordinating and delivering print marketing activities across the store estate while safeguarding brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of print marketing materials, including POS, leaflets, window posters, shelf‑edge communications and new store assets.
• Work closely with internal design teams, agencies and printers to ensure artwork meets brand standards and deadlines.
• Manage print schedules, critical deadlines and ensure materials are ready for promotional launches.
• Liaise with Operations, Supply Chain and Distribution teams to coordinate delivery of marketing assets to stores.
• Monitor marketing stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Administer print marketing budgets and contracts.
• Act as guardian of the Savers brand, reviewing artwork and communications for compliance with brand guidelines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
• Experience working with design agencies, printers and internal marketing teams.
