Marketing Design Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Design Manager to lead the creative direction and delivery of retail print campaigns for our three brands across nine international markets. This 12‑month fixed‑term role will oversee a team of three designers, ensuring in‑store communications are engaging, commercially effective and on‑brand.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the creative vision for all retail print and promotional activity, translating brand strategy and commercial objectives into customer‑first designs.
• Lead and develop a team of three designers, fostering innovation, consistency and high‑quality output.
• Own end‑to‑end design delivery from brief to production, managing critical paths, deadlines and approvals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Retail, Web, Commercial and B&M teams to create impactful in‑store campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform and strengthen promotional design.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and embed learnings into future planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Marketing Design, Creative or Brand Design management role, preferably within retail.
• Strong marketing background with a clear understanding of customer‑led communications and promotional campaigns.
• Experience managing and developing a design team and delivering complex creative projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior‑level presentation skills.
