Marketing Director – Global Luxury Skincare Brand

About the role

We are a category‑defining luxury skincare brand seeking a Marketing Director to own and evolve our global brand identity. Based in London with a hybrid work model, you will work closely with founders and senior leadership to shape the brand’s voice, partnerships, and media narrative across the world’s most competitive markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global brand vision, ensuring consistent look, sound, and presence across all touchpoints.
• Develop and manage a partnerships strategy that aligns the brand with high‑impact collaborators, ambassadors, and cultural moments.
• Lead global PR, media relationships, and thought‑leadership initiatives to shape the brand narrative.
• Design and launch standout campaigns for product launches, brand moments, and international activations.
• Set and oversee the global marketing strategy across digital, social, CRM, content, and partnership channels.
• Drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty through integrated growth initiatives.
• Oversee global media planning and investment, ensuring seamless customer journeys across web, mobile, retail, and content.
• Build and inspire a world‑class international marketing team and collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Creative functions.
• Identify and prioritize new growth markets, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Global Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in luxury, beauty, or wellness.
• Deep experience building brand equity through partnerships, PR, and thought leadership.
• Strong media and press network with a feel for cultural relevance.
• Demonstrated success scaling brands internationally, particularly in the US and Asia.
• Comfort managing large budgets, forecasting, and performance accountability.
• Experience thriving in high‑growth, founder‑led, entrepreneurial environments.
