Marketing Executive – B2B Campaigns & Content

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our HR team and take ownership of B2B campaign delivery, content creation, and digital assets. You will work in a fast‑moving, small team, supporting the Head of Marketing and gaining exposure to strategy and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
• Create and manage campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, brochures, PDFs, case studies, and presentations.
• Produce high‑quality collateral using Adobe InDesign and ensure brand consistency.
• Update website content via a CMS, perform basic SEO improvements, and maintain a strong user experience.
• Assist with CRM management, data hygiene, email campaign setup, performance tracking, and lead tracking.
• Maintain consistency and high standards across all marketing outputs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Proactive, organised, reliable and eager to take on more ownership.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast‑moving team and committed to continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Basic understanding of SEO and experience with a CMS such as WordPress.
