About the role
The Phoenix is seeking a creative, organised and commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to support ecommerce growth and broader marketing activity for its shop, digital workshops and events.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging campaigns across email, social and web channels.
- Create and adapt marketing content for the Phoenix Shop and related initiatives.
- Support ecommerce platforms and monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and audience engagement.
Required profile
- Proven marketing experience, preferably as a Marketing Executive or Assistant ready to progress.
- Strong communicator, proactive, organised and comfortable using digital platforms.
- Interest in comics and children’s publishing is a plus.
