Marketing Executive – Hybrid (Woking & Remote)

About the role

The Marketing Executive will support the sales function by planning and delivering marketing activities that generate qualified leads and equip the sales team with high‑quality collateral. Working in a fast‑growing AI and digital transformation business, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute lead‑generation campaigns across paid social, paid search and organic channels.
• Manage and optimise WordPress websites using Elementor, creating pages, forms, calls‑to‑action and landing pages.
• Create, repurpose, schedule and publish content on websites, social media and email marketing platforms.
• Work with the Managing Director, Sales, Account Management and Brand Marketing teams to ensure marketing activity drives commercial growth.
• Utilise AI tools and automation to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and information‑security standards.

Required profile

• Creative thinker capable of turning ideas into engaging marketing content.
• Experience in planning and delivering multi‑channel lead‑generation campaigns.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
