Marketing Executive – Internal Communications & Employer Branding

About the role

We are seeking a creative, people‑focused Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team on a six‑month contract. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and People Team, you will help shape internal communications, boost employee engagement and support recruitment marketing across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including newsletters, colleague stories, leadership messages and internal campaigns.
• Manage the internal colleague platform, publishing news, recognition stories and wellbeing content while driving platform participation.
• Create and execute recruitment marketing and employer‑branding content such as adverts, social media graphics, posters and event materials.
• Design high‑quality marketing assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and support social‑media channel management.
• Coordinate recruitment events, career fairs and internal engagement activities, handling logistics and post‑event reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, internal communications, employee engagement or employer branding.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong copy‑writing ability.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and passion for creating positive colleague experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
