Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing Oxfordshire team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will own both D2C and B2B funnel optimisation, driving brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing assets (website, social, email, print).
• Develop, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (email, social, paid, organic) and run A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs and content.
• Create and optimise landing pages, blog posts and marketing collateral; conduct keyword research and apply on‑page SEO best practices.
• Design marketing materials (social posts, brochures, presentations) following brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn (B2B) and Instagram (D2C) presences, tailoring content for each audience.
• Coordinate events and conferences with partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene, including deduplication, tagging and missing information.
• Collect, visualise and interpret performance data to inform optimisation decisions.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience in B2C and/or B2B environments.
• Marketing generalist mindset – comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving priorities.
• Strong content marketing and storytelling abilities, with a focus on SEO‑optimised narratives.
• Data‑driven decision‑making skills, proficient in analysing metrics to optimise campaigns.
• Proactive, autonomous with a growth mindset and a curiosity for continuous learning.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms.
