Marketing Executive

About the role

Redwood Collections is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to help communicate its mission of empowering businesses through responsible debt recovery. You will work closely with the Marketing Team Leader to create compelling content and data‑driven campaigns that support lead generation and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging copy for websites, social media, email newsletters and other digital channels.
• Plan, launch and optimise both organic and paid marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Build and manage email journeys, audience segmentation and customer journeys within the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support lead generation initiatives.
• Research new industries and translate complex topics into clear marketing material.

Required profile

• Commercially aware with a curiosity for solving business problems.
• Proven experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills.
