Marketing Manager – Emerging Growth Spaces

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic thinking and growth initiatives for emerging categories such as cold beverages and wellness spaces. You will shape long‑term portfolio direction and translate consumer insights into commercially impactful plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic thinking across emerging growth spaces, including cold beverages.
• Define long‑term portfolio direction beyond short‑term campaign delivery.
• Develop and execute growth strategies based on consumer insight, behavioural trends and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure insight‑driven decision making.
• Balance strategic planning with hands‑on delivery of initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in FMCG soft‑drink brands.
• Strong strategic marketing capability with a passion for consumer insight and trends.
• Ability to think about the “why” behind consumer behaviour.
• Comfort operating with influence and leadership beyond formal title.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Commercially minded, curious and excited by future growth spaces.
