Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead creative direction, content and storytelling for a well‑established luxury yachting business. The role will oversee major studio launches, strategic announcements and events, ensuring the brand’s identity, values and vision are consistently reflected.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction, content development and storytelling across studio launches, announcements and industry events.
• Develop and strengthen brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints.
• Build and enhance digital presence through high‑quality content and targeted marketing activities.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor positioning and luxury market trends, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Identify and map key industry relationships, influencers and stakeholders, collaborating with Commercial and Business Intelligence teams.
• Maintain governance and quality control of all marketing outputs, safeguarding confidentiality and brand integrity.
• Contribute to broader marketing and brand strategy discussions, proposing innovative ideas and continuous improvement.
• Ensure marketing activities align with long‑term commercial objectives, brand reputation and growth ambitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a design‑led, luxury or professional services environment.
• Strategic thinker capable of moving from long‑term planning to practical delivery.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning in an ultra‑luxury context, with appropriate tone and audience awareness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, sensitive to tone and brand integrity.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and managing digital platforms.
• Ability to monitor and optimise website performance.
