Marketing Manager – UK Commercial Business

About the role

Orbital is seeking a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and execute the end‑to‑end marketing programme for its UK commercial business. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with sales and GTM teams to align marketing activities with pipeline goals and help shape the future of AI‑driven real‑estate legal work.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full UK marketing programme across law‑firm and real‑estate audiences, driving growth and pipeline contribution.
• Partner with sales and GTM teams to align priorities, target accounts and pipeline objectives.
• Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of community, virtual and in‑person events in the UK.
• Maintain and refresh marketing collateral, website, blog and social media content for consistent UK messaging.
• Create thought‑leadership pieces, case studies and award submissions that position Orbital as a market leader.
• Collaborate with agencies and freelancers (design, content, PR) to execute the marketing plan.
• Track, analyse and report on performance, using insights to continuously optimise activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with end‑to‑end programme ownership.
• Proven event execution expertise, managing campaigns from concept to delivery.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.

Required skills

• Experience with project‑management tools such as Asana, Trello or Monday.com.
• Ability to leverage AI tools independently to accelerate marketing delivery.
