Marketing Officer – Not‑for‑Profit

About the role

The Marketing Officer will support the growth and visibility of a fast‑growing not‑for‑profit organisation based in Liverpool. Working hybrid with one day per week in the office, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage digital platforms, including social media accounts and the company website.
• Create engaging content to promote initiatives, events and campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and produce reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders to enhance outreach.
• Monitor sector trends to inform marketing strategy.
• Support planning and execution of virtual and in‑person events.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques.
• Experience managing digital platforms and creating online content.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating campaign performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Interest in the unique challenges of the not‑for‑profit sector.

What we offer
