Marketing Operations Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term (Maternity Cover)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the HubSpot ecosystem and the wider martech stack for a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business. This 12‑month fixed‑term role (maternity cover) will be based in Salford with a hybrid remote arrangement, supporting demand‑generation, ABM and AI‑driven initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise the HubSpot platform and associated martech tools.
• Design, implement and refine lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management processes.
• Build and maintain automated marketing workflows and AI‑powered efficiencies.
• Develop attribution models, reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure pipeline impact.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance across the marketing stack.
• Support ABM and demand‑generation programmes with targeted automation.
• Lead and develop a small marketing operations team.

Required profile

• Proven marketing operations experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong expertise with HubSpot and marketing automation concepts.
• Track record of implementing lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management.
• Experience building attribution and performance reporting systems.
• Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Data teams.
• Previous people‑management experience or ambition to step into a leadership role.
