Marketing Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (DofE) is seeking a commercially‑minded Marketing Partnerships Manager to grow and manage partnerships that generate income and increase engagement with young people. You will work across marketing, fundraising and operations to deliver successful campaigns from brief to evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with marketing partners and brand licensees, ensuring contractual commitments are met and income opportunities maximised.
• Provide day‑to‑day account management, respond to enquiries, resolve issues and support marketing activity while ensuring brand compliance.
• Lead partner meetings, create compelling proposals and manage campaign delivery from approval through invoicing.
• Review and approve partner use of DofE trademarks, monitor sales activity and report on commissions and milestone payments.
• Represent DofE at internal and partner events and coordinate internal communications to promote partner initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing partnerships, client accounts or commercial relationships.
• Strong relationship‑building, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and increase income.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and written communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
