Marketing & Relationships Manager (Part‑time)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established not‑for‑profit organisation, is looking for a proactive Marketing & Relationships Manager to work part‑time (minimum 21 hours per week) on a hybrid basis. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, aiming to raise the organisation’s profile, strengthen supporter relationships and generate sustainable income.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage and grow social‑media channels, create engaging content and monitor performance metrics.
• Produce high‑quality marketing collateral such as newsletters, brochures, supporter packs and promotional resources.
• Maintain website content via WordPress, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Lead email‑marketing campaigns and coordinate video, testimonial and impact‑story production.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, funders, corporate partners and community groups; represent the organisation at events and forums.
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, write compelling proposals and manage fundraising pipelines using a CRM system.
• Support and develop volunteer teams involved in fundraising and engagement activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, communications and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the non‑profit sector.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
