Marketing Services Executive – Law Firm

About the role

Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Marketing Services Executive to drive engaging, insight‑led campaigns that put the client first. Working from the Guildford office, you will support a wide range of digital and offline initiatives, helping to raise the firm’s profile and support business development.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing campaigns across e‑communications, social media, digital platforms, video and webinars.
• Create and manage content for email newsletters, website updates, adverts, social media channels and client communications.
• Design visual assets such as social media graphics, email banners, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate the firm’s social media activity to grow reach, engagement and brand visibility.
• Assist in video and multimedia production from concept through delivery and distribution.
• Help deliver events and webinars, including promotion, logistics, content coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
• Utilise CRM and email marketing systems to enhance targeting, tracking and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights and recommend improvements.
• Analyse website analytics and user behaviour to optimise content and inform digital strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in a marketing, communications or digital role, preferably within a professional or corporate environment.
• Comfortable using digital and marketing tools such as CRM platforms, email marketing systems, website CMS and analytics tools.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Canva or similar design tools.
