Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to design and execute integrated, results‑driven campaigns across global markets. You will work closely with sales, product and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and measurable pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns (digital and offline) and track performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end execution of international exhibitions and trade shows, managing logistics, exhibitor portals and post‑event lead follow‑up.
• Create press releases, website copy, campaign collateral and maintain media relationships.
• Support social media, email and paid media activities, optimise website content and contribute to digital improvements.
• Build nurture campaigns using marketing automation tools, manage Salesforce data and ensure lead quality.
• Assist with video story‑boarding, messaging and coordinate production teams.
• Collaborate with global marketing, sales and product teams and manage external agencies and suppliers.
• Provide reporting, competitor analysis and general marketing administration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of managing events or trade shows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.
• Solid exposure to digital marketing channels (social, email, content).
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects.

What we offer

• Salary £35,000‑£45,000 per year.
