Matchday Ticketing & Turnstile Assistant (Zero‑Hours)

About the role

West Ham United is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the matchday team at the London Stadium. As a Ticketing & Turnstile Assistant you will be one of the first points of contact for supporters, helping to create a safe and welcoming environment on matchdays and during selected events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist supporters with ticket purchases, collections and enquiries.
• Operate ticket scanning equipment and turnstile systems accurately.
• Guide fans to the correct stadium areas and manage entry flow.
• Support the Ticket Office and Stadium Operations teams on matchdays and non‑matchday events.
• Work closely with Safety Stewards and report any incidents or operational issues.
• Attend pre‑match briefings and follow all operational instructions.
• Complete sign‑in, sign‑out and availability procedures as required.

• Strong awareness of safety and security requirements.
