Mechanical Engineer – Talent Pool Opportunity

About the role

Join our talent pool for future Mechanical Engineer opportunities at Bureau Veritas, a global leader in inspection and certification. You will ensure MEWPs, HIABs, cranes, FLTs and other lifting gear meet the highest standards under LOLER and PUWER regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and certify MEWPs, HIABs, cranes, FLTs and other lifting equipment to comply with LOLER and PUWER.
• Provide expert advice and peace of mind to high‑profile clients across diverse sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum NVQ4, HNC, HND or equivalent mechanical engineering qualification.
• 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience with relevant lifting equipment.
• Current clean UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Inspection of MEWPs, HIABs, cranes and FLTs.
• Knowledge of LOLER and PUWER compliance.
