About the role
1st Step Solutions is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work for an M&E contractor on live hotel projects across Central and East London. The rate is £230 per day for ongoing work, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00, at various locations in East and Central London.
Key responsibilities
- A mix of planned and reactive maintenance
- FCU maintenance
- AHU maintenance
- General mechanical works
- Possible addition to the call-out rota (additional pay)
- Carry out all work safely and in line with current regulations
Required profile
- CSCS card
- Plumbing / Heating / Building Services Engineering Level 2 or 3
- Willingness to work on multiple projects
Required skills
- IPAF / PASMA desirable
