Mechanical Project Manager – Mission‑Critical Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of mission‑critical construction projects for a fast‑growing main contractor. This permanent, full‑time position offers an immediate start and the chance to progress into senior management within a technically innovative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for large‑scale commercial, retail, pharmaceutical or industrial builds.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and client relationships to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet milestones on time and within budget.
• Maintain on‑site presence five days a week, including travel and stay‑away periods as required.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale mechanical or MEP projects.
• Willingness to work on site across the UK and potentially abroad.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
